I was sold a truck that was supposed to be in great condition, but once I got it home, multiple issues became obvious: an oil pan leak, a cracked and non-functioning side mirror, a severe vibration that shook all the seats (despite being told it was just the tires—it wasn’t), damaged leather on the dash, and non-working heated/cooled seats.

This was my first time getting a vehicle from a dealership and I had the pleasure of working with Markus today! I was very pleased with the questions he asked and the attitude he kept during the sale, very genuine guy. If you can avoid going to this dealership- DO SO. They got me into a truck that was supposed to pretty nice. Was a popular model that wasn't going to stay on the lot long.. was able to hold it with a refundable down payment until Saturday when i had time to go.. Julian was very helpful. Had a minor issue with a seatbelt that prevented me from taking home that day but were able to deliver vehicle too me later that week.. overall an easy stress free experience
